Having spent over a decade designing training programmes for BSI and BRCGS, she understands how to design programmes that work for your business, work with subject matter experts — whether that's your internal team or trusted specialists — and turn business knowledge into training your people will actually use.

Senara doesn't claim to be the expert on your product or your process. We're experts in how people learn — and we know how to build courses and programs around the expertise you already have.

We work alongside your internal experts and, where needed, bring in trusted specialists from our network. Our role is to take that expertise and design it into learning that is clear, engaging, and built to change behaviour — not just tick a box.
