FSSC 22000 Version 7 raises the bar on food loss and waste — and for food businesses, that means new obligations that touch everything from surplus product handling to packaging design. Getting it right isn't just about passing an audit; it's about building systems that are both compliant and genuinely sustainable.
This short on-demand eLearning course, developed with food safety and food waste expert Leanne Singleton of FoodSure, guides your team through exactly what Version 7 requires and how to meet those requirements with confidence. From writing a robust food loss and waste policy to navigating the nuances of food donation controls and animal feed diversion, you'll finish with a clear, actionable understanding of what auditors will be looking for — and how to be ready.
