We’re delighted you’re interested in our Training Workshops! Here’s everything you need to know about our booking and refund policy:
1. Booking and Payment
- All workshop places must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your place, the following refund policy applies:
- 21 days or more before the workshop date: 100% refund
- 8–20 days before the workshop date: 50% refund
- 7 days or fewer before the workshop date: No refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Transfers and Substitutions
- You may transfer your booking to an alternative workshop date (subject to availability) or nominate a substitute participant up to 48 hours before the workshop start time at no additional cost.
- All changes must be submitted in writing via email to alison@senaralearning.com
4. Non-Attendance
- Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the full fee being forfeited. No refund or transfer will be issued.
5. Cancellations by the Organiser
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
6. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, illness, public transport strikes).
